As Chef de Cuisine you will be second in charge of the team. You will assist the Executive Chef in the day to day operation of the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have a zest for fine dining and flair for customer service. Due to the remote location, this role is best suited to Chefs travelling on single status. The client is ready to sponsor candidates currently working in Australia for this role! You need to be very flexible in managing the team, ensuring all the ordering is done daily and be able to manage a section during service!
